At Cosiani, we take pride in curating beautiful, high-quality garments — and we want you to feel confident with every purchase. Below you'll find our return & exchange policies for both online and in-store purchases.

In-Store Purchases

We offer exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase.

Items must be in original condition, unworn and unaltered, with tags attached and proof of purchase.

1. Clothing with signs of wear (e.g. makeup, deodorant, fragrance) will not be accepted.

2. Tailored, personalized, or altered items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Online Purchases

We offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit for eligible online orders.

Eligibility:

1. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

2. Must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging.

3. A receipt or order confirmation is required.

4. Items must be approved before being sent back — returns without approval will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return:

1. Email us at sales@cosiani.com to request a return.

2. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions and a return shipping label.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping method and keeping proof of postage.

Refund Timeline

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

1. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

2. It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

3. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at sales@cosiani.com.

Return Online Orders In-Store

If you're in the Los Angeles area, you may bring your online order to our Cosiani boutique in Glendale within 14 days for exchange, store credit, or refund (if eligible). Same conditions apply.
