4. ORDERS

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon transfer to the carrier. We are not liable for delays due to shipping carriers, customs, or external factors.

8. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Cosiani is powered by Shopify. While Shopify hosts our store, any sales or purchases you make are directly with Cosiani. Shopify is not responsible for any transactions or related issues between you and Cosiani.

9. PRIVACY

We collect and process personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. As Shopify hosts our store, your information may also be processed by Shopify. By using our Services, you consent to these practices.

10. FEEDBACK & USER CONTENT

If you submit comments, reviews, or suggestions (“Feedback”), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use and share that content. You agree not to post anything unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or that violates third-party rights.
